On Monday Linden and Leah did a couple shoot. We so rarely get permission to use shots on the blog from couples so Karen and I would like to say a huge thank you to them for allowing us to do so.

For a good couple shoot to really work well, it helps if the two are really into each other. You always get better shots when two people are close and loving and I think that shows here in these shots.

I hope they will still be looking back at these shots when when they are old and grey.

Things have been pretty full on lately with work and the arrival of a lot of new furniture for our new sets. Had a big day last week collecting chaise’s and sofas from the Port of Brisbane in 35 degree heat. That was a tough day

In the next two weeks we will have some wonderful new settings for boudoir, nude and portraits. We ordered all these items to be made last September in China so it’s been a long term project to get these sets together. I’m happy to say the items that arrived exceeded our expectations and I am very excited to get our test shoots done soon and start shooting clients on them.

So with all that’s going on, blog updates have almost ground to a halt but here is a few nice shots I did last weekend for Katherine and Aaron. Thanks to them for permission to use the shots here.

Sonia and her partner recently visited Brisbane for an artistic shoot (they live in Townsville). We shot Sonia on her own and with Asghar.

Sonia did her own make up. A natural look works best for artistic shoots so simple is usually the way to go.

Sonia chose 8 prints and a 30 image DVD folio and here are a few shots from the shoot. Thank you to Sonia for permission to use the shots in the folio.

Had a shoot with a lovely couple from New Zealand recently.

I don’t think enough couples over 40 years of age do shoots! Here’s the proof that everyone looks great, regardless of age IMHO.

Already one of my favourite couple shoots I’ve ever done. Dave and Yas were great to shoot and the results are below.
